This website is technically provided through OpenAI Sites. When the website is accessed, technically necessary connection data may be processed, including the IP address, access time, requested resource, browser and device information, and security-related events. This processing is necessary to provide a secure, stable and reliable website.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of this website. Technical data is retained only for as long as required for operation, security, error analysis or legal obligations. See the OpenAI privacy policy for Europe.

3. Contact by email or telephone

If you contact PES, the information you provide is processed to answer your enquiry and manage a prospective or existing business relationship. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where processing is necessary for pre-contractual steps or contract performance, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Correspondence is deleted when no longer required unless statutory retention duties or legitimate interests require continued storage.

4. Purchases through Gumroad

Purchase buttons lead to Gumroad. Gumroad processes data under its own responsibility only after you follow the external link. Contact, company, order and payment information may be processed for checkout, payment, fraud prevention, invoicing and delivery.

PES receives the information required to verify business-customer status and deliver the purchased audit. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. 5. LinkedIn

This website contains an external link to Earl Flanagan’s LinkedIn profile. No LinkedIn plugin is embedded. Data is transferred to LinkedIn only when you follow the link. LinkedIn’s privacy policy then applies.

6. Cookies, analytics and advertising

PES does not configure analytics, marketing or advertising cookies on this website and does not embed tracking pixels. Technically necessary storage or cookies may be used by hosting and access-control functions where required to provide the website service requested by the visitor. No consent is currently requested for non-essential tracking because PES does not deploy such tracking.

7. Recipients and international transfers

Recipients may include service providers used for hosting, communication and checkout. Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, processing is based on the safeguards identified by the relevant provider and the applicable legal requirements.

8. Your rights
